Strengthening Public Employment Services in Latin America and the Caribbean

The Inter-American Development Bank’s (IDB) SEALC Network serves as the Technical Support Network for Public Employment Services in Latin America and the Caribbean (LAC). Since 2009, the Network has been dedicated to enhancing and strengthening public employment services in the region.

Adapting to a Changing Labor Market

The labor market is constantly evolving, and various factors such as digital transformation, labor migration, population aging, and the emergence of green jobs are reshaping the workforce.
