The Equal Business Opportunity (EBO) Program
The Equal Business Opportunity (EBO) Program was established to support the growth and success of Women/Minority Business Enterprises (W/MBEs) and Small Local Business Enterprises (SLBEs), Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Businesses (SDVOSB), Veteran Owned Small Businesses (VOSB), and LGBT Owned Businesses. The program aims to provide these businesses with resources, access to business opportunities, and training opportunities through the EBO Division. Certification services are offered to W/MBEs and SLBEs at no cost. We encourage you to explore the information provided in our “Welcome Letter” below and on the EBO website to find valuable resources. The EBO Division is committed to offering City of Tampa Certified Firms with procurement and contractual opportunities to support their growth and success.
