The UNFPA Supplies Partnership
The UNFPA Supplies Partnership supports 48 programme countries to strengthen their health systems to provide sexual and reproductive health services, including contraceptive options for all populations of reproductive age. The programme works in countries with high rates of maternal mortality and unmet need for family planning to reach people with reproductive health supplies that save and improve lives. This multilateral, multi-donor, UNFPA-managed thematic trust fund was launched in 2007, and a new phase in 2021 prioritizing mutual accountability for results, shared goals, sustainable systems, visibility around the availability of reproductive health supplies to the last mile, gender equality and human rights.
