USDA’s Forest Service Announces $1B in Urban and Community Forestry Grants. Six DDF Grantees Selected as Regranting Partners.

The Largest Urban Tree Investment in World History

The U.S. Department of Agriculture’s (USDA) Forest Service has announced $1 billion in urban and community forestry grants. This is the largest urban tree investment in world history, made possible by the inclusion of $1.5 billion for this work in the Inflation Reduction Act.
