Compulsory Training for Teachers to Ensure Quality in Higher Secondary Education
Thiruvananthapuram: Compulsory training will be offered to teachers every year to ensure quality in higher secondary education. The training also includes an innovative psychological approach to keep classrooms up-to-date. Ensuring all teachers have classroom management skills will strengthen the teacher-student relationship.
