Subsequent examination of electronic devices revealed incriminating evidence, including searches for “passed out girl” and videos of unconscious women in his YouTube watch history. Additionally, his laptop contained searches related to being unconscious and the use of Ambien and alcohol.
Response and Sentencing
The C.I.A. issued a statement condemning Mr. Raymond’s crimes and expressing its commitment to justice. The agency highlighted its efforts to combat sexual assault within its ranks, including the establishment of an office focused on prevention.
