BEIJING, Aug. 30 (Xinhua) — Minister of Ecology and Environment Huang Runqiu announced that China is updating its National Biodiversity Strategy and Action Plan (NBSAP) as part of its commitment to implement the Kunming-Montreal Global Biodiversity Framework.
