Randy Hartless has been appointed as the Associate Dean for Arizona Western College’s La Paz Entrepreneurial College. Courtney Kom, currently serving as their community outreach coordinator, has been appointed as the new Executive Director of PAACE.

Hartless has also served on various boards including the Parker Town Council, Industrial Development Authority of La Paz County Board, Local Workforce Investment Board, and Western Arizona Council of Governments.

After earning an associate degree in General Studies from AWC, Hartless obtained a bachelor’s degree in Public Administration from Northern Arizona University (NAU) and a master’s degree in English-Writing, Rhetoric, and Digital Media Studies from NAU. He also earned a Graduate Certificate in Community College Teaching and Learning from NAU and an Adult Basic Education Certification from the Arizona Department of Education.

Personal Life and Philanthropy

Hartless and his wife Vivian have been state-certified foster parents since 1990 and have fostered nine children since 2018.
