Ronald Gene Blankenship, Jr., 42, of Hemingway, was charged with three counts of second-degree sexual exploitation
of a minor on Wednesday, March 27, a release from Wilson’s office states.

Investigators accused Blankenship of distributing files of child sexual abuse material. Each felony count
Blankenship is charged with is punishable by up to ten years imprisonment on each count.
