Man Charged with Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation

A Bucks County man is facing multiple charges after allegedly engaging in sexual abuse of children and distributing explicit material online. Brian Harris, 28, of Bristol, was arraigned on Tuesday on over 150 charges, including involuntary deviate sexual intercourse, indecent assault, and sexual abuse of children. The allegations against Harris involve the exploitation and victimization of children through the production and distribution of child sexual abuse materials.

According to the criminal complaint, Harris used apps like Kik and Telegram to share pictures and videos of the abuse. He also communicated with other child predators through social media. Harris not only manufactured child pornography but also distributed it online. Prosecutors stated that Harris possessed over 500 files depicting child sex abuse and engaged in the distribution of illicit material between September 2018 and September 2023.

Victims and Locations

The victims identified in the case include a 12-year-old boy, a 2-year-old boy, and an 8-year-old whose gender was not specified. The abuse took place in various locations in Bucks County, including Fallsington and Morrisville. Some of the acts occurred while the children were sleeping.

The criminal complaint also mentioned that some of the videos showed Harris’ right hand wearing a black ring with the words “YeeYee” in white lettering. Harris was arrested on November 21 while wearing the same ring. He was arraigned the following Tuesday, and bail was set at $20 million.
