Overview

Timothi Cramer, a 43-year-old man, was arrested by Columbus police for allegedly possessing child sexual abuse material. He is currently booked in the Franklin County jail.

Incident Details

  1. Google reported to the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children about child sexual abuse material being sent through their service by a user named Timothi Cramer.
  2. Investigators tracked the IP address to an address in the 2000 block of Indianola Avenue near Summit Street.
  3. SWAT members from the Columbus Division of Police conducted a search warrant and arrest warrants at the location, in collaboration with the Franklin County Internet Crimes Against Children Task Force (ICAC) and Columbus Police Exploited Children Unit.
  4. Cramer possessed videos and images depicting children being sexually assaulted and is accused of producing child sexual abuse material. He had regular contact with one of the children he was trusted to care for.
  5. Cramer is charged with pandering sexually-oriented matters involving a minor and could face additional charges as evidence is reviewed.
  6. Police revealed that Cramer was previously incarcerated in Florida from 2006 to 2022 for aggravated child abuse and torture.
