GED:

  1. Candidates may reschedule or cancel their GED test appointment at any time as long as it is rescheduled or cancelled at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time.
  2. This can be done via the MyGED portal at GED.com or by calling the Call Center 1-877-EXAM-GED (877-392-6433).

HiSET:

  • If you are enrolled to take the HiSET and must reschedule or cancel your test, contact us directly at 775-445-4452.
  • Please make sure to do this at least three business days in advance of your scheduled test date.
  • Late reschedules and cancellations are subject to a fee.
