GED:
- Candidates may reschedule or cancel their GED test appointment at any time as long as it is rescheduled or cancelled at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time.
- This can be done via the MyGED portal at GED.com or by calling the Call Center 1-877-EXAM-GED (877-392-6433).
HiSET:
- If you are enrolled to take the HiSET and must reschedule or cancel your test, contact us directly at 775-445-4452.
- Please make sure to do this at least three business days in advance of your scheduled test date.
- Late reschedules and cancellations are subject to a fee.
