St. Paul, Minn.— Representative Cheryl Youakim (DFL-Hopkins), chair of the House Education Finance Committee, has been honored with the Legislative Champion Award from the Coalition on Adult Basic Education (COABE) for her exceptional contributions and support of adult education.
